Original U.S. WWI No. 1005 USN Engineer Bolo Machete with Wood Handle & Scabbard by Collins & Co Belgian Militaria A very nice example ofOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a fantastic U. S. Army issue Spanish American War and WWI issue Collins Model No 1005 Machete, with a lovely handle and embossed leather scabbard. The machete features a heavy steel, 15 inch curved blade with grips secured with four brass rivets. The blade surface is very smooth, showing typical age staining, with minor pitting and no extensive damage. The original Collins markings are still faintly visible
