This is a lovely grouping including a 1932 issued Purple Heart engraved to Private James F. Grout, Company M, 113th Infantry Regiment, 29th Division. Grout was wounded on October 11th, 1918 during the Meuse Argonne Offensive. Also interesting is that Grout was an Irish born immigrant.
