Very unusual in that it was never designed or intended to have any type of Butt Cap just a swollen Wood ball that I supposedly could crush a skull as easily as a metal one

This was the beginning of Operation Carpetbagger

Original British 34 Bore Double Barrel Percussion Shotgun by W. Roberts & Co. of London - circa 1855 Featured Item Very unusual in that itOriginal Item: Only One Available. Here we have a very nice British Double Barrel percussion shotgun, in 34 bore, a quite small size used for hunting small game. It is fitted with a 32" double barrels and measures 48" in overall length. There is light engraving on both locks which are both marked W. ROBERTS & Co., and there is light engraving on most of the metalwork as well. The barrel rib is very faintly marked WILLIAM ROBERTS & Co. LONDON as well.
