This is a very good lightly used example of the Model 1891 Argentine Mauser rifle, one of many "export" models made for foreign governments, all based on the Mauser Model 1889. Unlike many we see, this one features a lovely stock with "flame" figuring over most of the right side, and much of the left. Really a beautiful example! This rifle, like all of the Argentine Mausers made before 1897, was made by the renowned
