Original German WWII KIA Shot Through M40 Helmet Japanese Uniforms August 1815Original Item: One of a kind. Acquired directly from a veterans estate this is an amazing "bring back" KIA shot through helmet. The helmet itself is a M40 (model 1940) by Quist in shell size 66. The shell is was stamped on the rear apron which is now a hole but we know that Quist in Esslingen, Germany manufactured it. Size 66 is a nice large size that can accommodate liners from 58cm to 60cm or US 7 1 4 to 7 1 2. The unique aspects of this helmet are
