Muckle, May - Signed Photo with Cello Autographs Singers 50 or less L dated 1948English cellist (1880 1963), Muckle was one of the very first women playing the cello to gain international reputation and developing an important career outside her home country. Mucke was sometimes called by the press "the female Casals". Signed photo, 6. 5 x 8. 25 inches, inscribed. Trimmed from original size, stamped on verso by photographers Underwood & Underwood, New York, small crease over the lower right, otherwise in very good condition.
