A gilded silver cross with blue enamelled arms, the obverse with an oval disc at its centre depicts St. Michael slaying the dragon, his shield reads QUIS UT DEUS (WHO IS LIKE GOD), the reverse with a round centre inscribed VIRTUTI (VIRTUE), maker mark on side between 3 oclock and 6 oclock arms G&S, with silver fineness stamped 938, Dutch
