Hosta yingeri Taehuksan Form DJH270 Salt Tolerant Seaside Plants The 30" wide clump isThis new Dan Hinkley discovery (collection # DJH270) of H. yingeri is from the Korean island of Taehuksan, west of southern South Korea in the Yellow Sea. The original collection from Sohuksan Island, where the plant was first discovered, is several hours to the south. The Taehuksan Form seems a bit smaller, with the same glossy foliage and stunning, star shaped purple flowers that cluster around the stem in late July and August.
