Germany, Luftwaffe. A Fallschirmjäger Badge, By Berg & Nolte, Type C Newly Listed the diagonal crosses in white(Fallschirmschtzenabzeichen). Instituted on 5 November 1936. (Berg & Nolte Type C). An oval badge constructed of a zink wreath of oak leaves on the left side and laurel leaves on the right, tied with a ribbon at the bottom, riveted to the wreath is a gilded zink plummeting eagle with a swastika in its claws, the reverse presents a vertical pinback with a narrow block hinge and C catch, maker marked B&N L for Berg & Nolte of Ldenscheid on eagles
