Constructed of silvered and gilded bronze, consisting of an eight pointed base with multi faceted surfaces in silver, the obverse with a four armed cross with a laurel wreath and crossed swords in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, with a central insignia constructed of bronze gilt with red, white, and blue enamels with the four arms of the cross bearing the Franco crown,
