This is a very nice WWII McCord M1 Helmet shell which was depot refinished for use during the Korean War. The helmet is matched with a fine Westinghouse liner. The OD Green helmet cover is an early Vietnam War example and is in lovely condition, this was not an uncommon site to see in Southeast Asia in the early 1960s. This is a very nice example of a late 1950s issue M1 Helmet as used during the early Vietnam
