This is a tremendous piece of Italian Navy history, a Regia Marina Officers bicorne chapeau hat with lovely bullion knots and board over the correct Italian cockade and ended with a large Italian Navy button. The velvet exterior has heavy wear with some retained in recesses. There is tearing of the black band at the edges. The interior retains a wide leather sweatband still well stitched to the edge, with the correct
