In frosted silver with red, white and blue enamels, obverse centrepiece design of two short bars flanked by long bars top and bottom indicating that it is a III Class award, reverse with kanji inscription, marked "ZZ" on the integral ring, measuring 56. 5 mm (w) x 63. 5 mm (h) inclusive if its integral ring, loop in Gold, intact enamels, contact marks, minor dent on the edge of the frame of the arm at 10 o'clock, on
