Germany, Heer. A Ski Jäger Cap Insignia Newly Listed and “1818” on the reverse(Heer Skijger Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of three overlapping oak leaves overlaid by a pair of skis, perforated with three eyelets for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 54 mm (l), demonstrating loss of finish and surface oxidation throughout, in very fine condition.
