This is a stellar example of a WWII American paratroopers drop rope unissued in its original coil position with small white strings tying them together. This is the first example we have been able to offer, and there is very little reference to them. There are two models of these, this being the later second model that was meant to be less slippery. These can be discerned by the yellow tape around both ends. Page 56
