The dress has gathered sleeves with a slight puff shoulder and ruching at the cuffs and from the waist through the top of the hips on the sides and in the back. There are zippers on the cuffs, and the dress closes with a back zipper. There are slight shoulder pads. Labeled size 12, but we estimate this would best fit a modern size 8 best.
