This avant garde dress has a pleated structural flounce at the hemline with velvet and taffeta panels that almost form a balloon hem. It also has a large black taffeta bow at the neckline. The sleeves have zippers at the wrists, and the beautiful rhinestone buttons up the back are decorative and cover a back zipper. This fully lined dress is made of a rayon silk blend of velvet and
