The top fabric has an almost velvet appearance with transparent fabric circles revealing the red and black polka dot lining. The Top layer of fabric stops short of the bottom revealing the unfinished red and black polka dot lining. In true Rei Kawakubo fashion, the raw edged hemline is intentional frayed. There are side slit seamed pockets below the
