An Officer’s Breast Eagle, Hand-Embroidered Version consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 50 mm long knurled pin(Heer Brustadler fr Offiziere). Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue throughout, in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
