The collar tabs, shoulder strap (note that only one is worn), and cuff title identify the man as a member of the staff of Allgemeine SS Oberabschnitt (district) Sdwest (Southwest). He is of SS Sturmmann rank and wears an Honour Chevron of the Old Guard on his right upper sleeve. His decorations consist of an SA Sports Badge and a Wound Badge 1914 in Black.
