A bronze gilt cross with double headed crowned Habsburg style imperial eagle with black enameled feathering, obverse centre medallion inscribed with FJ, surrounding chain inscribed with Viribus Unitis, reverse centre medallion inscribed with 1849, inclusive of crown suspension 55. 2 mm (h) x 30. 1 mm (w), near very fine condition.
