WWI era issued to front line troops fighting in trenches, this ingenious little lantern would typically be maker marked on a round brass plaque MARQUE DEPOSEE LB with Owl logo. However, this example does not appear to have had a plaque ever applied. Standing 7" tall it is designed to fold flat for easy storage and transportation. Triangular cross sections, two sides have celluloid windows through which the light from
