This is a wonderful example of a British Victorian era copy of an iconic helmet known as the Morion. The shape and upwards turned brims on this example makes it an easily identifiable German variant. The helmet is in good overall condition with black repaint and missing attachments but overall very presentable. These armor, shields and helmets are very collectible and as they were made specially for museum exhibition
