The binoculars are fully functional, with each side having an independent focus control. Optics are mostly clear, and able to focus accurately. These bear a manufacturer's logo for Nikko, Tokyo Nippon and serial number No. 40570. Overall condition is very good. The neck strap for the binoculars is
