This is a very nice World War Two Era 48 Star American Flag, in a nice displayable 5 X 9 FT. size. The flag body is of multi piece construction, with each stripe a separate piece of fabric. It looks to be made of cotton or linen bunting, with a heavy canvas header bearing sturdy brass grommets on the ends. The stars are separate pieces of cotton, sewn onto both sides of the blue canton. Over the size the flag header
