This is a superb embroidered breast eagle from a German WWII Luftwaffe (Air Force) Uniform, in the correct DAK Afrikakorps colors. It was cut out with background fabric backing, which measures approximately 3 3 4" x 2 1 8". On the rear you can see that the eagle is sewn to the correct DAK issue dunkelgelb (dark yellow) fabric, with stitching around the edge. There are also some seams in the fabric it is sewn to,
