Vintage but As New Straw Wide Brim Hat with Black Ribbon Color:Black and would be a beautifulThis hat came from the estate of a woman who owned nothing but the finest vintage clothing and accessories from the middle part of the 20th century through the early 1980's. This hat was one of many she owned that appears unworn. The hat measures 22 and 1 2 inches in circumference on the inside, has a 5 and 3 8 inch brim and is 4" high. Though unlabeled, she often took her labels out so it was most likely designed by an important designer, as was all
