Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Quebec City under the authority of G. O. 86, July 1, 1915, mobilized at Quebec City and sailed October 18th under the command of Lieutenant Colonel L. A. Archambeault with a strength of 36 officers and 1,082 other ranks, aboard the S.
