Beautifully Victorian. It has twelve sticks and can be adjusted to various widths depending on how wide you wish to open it. It is very delicate and one needs to be careful when opening. The feathers are soft and in stunning condition. DIMENSIONS Approximately 53 60cm when open , 40cm from the bottom of the handle to the top of the feathers
