Made from 100% malted barley, double distilled and aged for 4 years in virgin American white oak barrels, this whiskey is then finished in Oloroso Sherry barrels from Spain. The result is a rich, aromatic blend of over ripe cherry, sweet apples, raisins, almonds, and leather, with notes of honey, cherries, and fig. Best enjoyed neat or in cocktails. (45% ABV 90 Proof)
