This is a lovely Type 50 style summer cap as used by Chinese forces during the Korean War. The cap is of a non rigid style and khaki in color. There are no serious wear, blemishes or cosmetic issues. There are no maker's marks or stamps present on the inside lining. This was the field cap of the type worn by the PVA (The Peoples Volunteer Army) during the Korean War (1950 1953). PVA troops were lightly armed and
