A pristine and very rare special grade, representative of a Grand Cross, composed of silver gilt presenting a six pointed white enamel star with a singular small pearl set in the tip of each arm, in the knee sits a small silver gilt triangular fan, the obverse medallion bears a double headed black eagle on a red enamel field, surrounded by a red enamel ring inscribed BESE E BASHKIM (Fidelity and Union), the reverse medallion inscribed
