B. & Co" (Arthus Bertrand) and marked "800" (silver) on the loop, measuring 47. 5 mm (w) x 76. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its star suspension, flaking evident in the red enamels on the star point at 12 o''clock on both sides, otherwise, the enamels are intact, without ribbon, near extremely fine.
